On Sunday 2nd August we will be hosting A Night Of Opera with mezzo soprano Grace Neale & Prophet's Rock winery.

The evening will feature a sumptuous, four course degustation matched with Prophet's Rock wines with Grace performing between courses in an intimate setting.

Prophet's Rock winemaker Paul Pujol will be joining us as well to speak about his wines and the region as a whole. Paul got his start working a vintage at Marlborough’s Seresin Estate. He then headed overseas to hone his winemaking skills in the acclaimed regions of France & USA.

Paul was to become the first non-family winemaker at Grand Cru winery Kuentz-Bas in Alsace before spending several vintages in Oregon & Burgundy.
