This Sunday 11th at Stafford Road Wine Bar we are trialing a 6 course tasting menu, part of which will make up our new Spring menu.
This will be a regular 2-3 monthly event which will been known as the “Food Lab”
In order to fine tune our menu we are after lovers of fine food to join us on this culinary journey. We have matched each course with some exquisite wines and in return we ask for a little critiquing on how we went. To help kick off the inaugural “Food Lab” we have included, among other great wines, our favourite Champagne, Bollinger and one of the country’s benchmark Pinot Noirs Felton Rd.
