Stafford Road Wine Bar was established in Northcote Point within the established Point Wines premises in 2009.

We are the North Shore's proudly independent wine and dining bar, trading 7 nights a week.

Our focus is on good wine and it's relationship with cuisine, as well as consistently friendly table service for our customers within a cozy and casual atmosphere. Our alliance with Point Wines ensures that we always have a steady stream of new wine releases for us to enjoy in the bar, or buy to take home.

Quality NZ wines by the glass is our main thing - but we also offer a dynamic, seasonal small-plate & tapas menu, a balanced list of batch-brewed craft beers, fresh cocktail ideas and a small selection of Cuban cigars.

We also provide outside tables that catch the sunset every evening and mulled wine and a fireplace for the colder months.

Our fine dining program takes place in the form of monthly Winemaker's Dinners held on Sunday nights in winter.
